LANCASTER, SC ~ Mr. Robert Lynn Player, age 67, passed away Monday, January 10, 2022, at his home.  He was born April 19, 1954, in Lancaster, a son of Caroline Elizabeth Robinson Player and the late Robert Jackson Player. Lynn loved offshore fishing, hang gliding, para sailing, hunting, and piloting his own plane.  He was very adventurous and outdoorsy.  Lynn lived several years in Little River, SC where he always enjoyed the ocean and living the beach life.  He was a member of the NRA.

Lynn is survived by his daughter, Lesley McKeithan (Drew); two grandchildren, Ayden and Aniston McKeithan; his mother, Caroline Player; a brother, Ron Player (Mindy); a sister, Sheryl Bunney; four nephews, Casey Player (Jesse), Blake Player (Mitzi), Davis Outlaw (Nicole), and Brandon Bunney (Lee); and two nieces, Kaitlyn Hubbard and Brittany Bunney.

Lynn was preceded in death by his father, Robert Player; and a brother, James Randall Player.

The Celebration of Life Graveside Service for Lynn will be 2:00 pm Friday, January 14, 2022, at Lancaster Memorial Park officiated by Rev. Bobby Strother.
