LANCASTER, SC:::::::::::Mr. Luther Brown Rollings, age 88, died Friday, August 15, 2014. He was born October 18, 1925 in Lancaster County, the son of the late Roachel Marion Rollings and Minnie McAteer Rollings and was the husband of Ida Lou Lucas Rollings. Mr. Rollings was a graduate of Lancaster High School and retired from Springs Industries after 45 years of service. He was a member of Shiloh A.R.P. Church and served our country in the United States Navy.

Mr. Rollings is survived by a son, Robert L. Rollings and his wife Sandra of Irmo.

Mr. Rollings was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Mary Catherine Rollings and Gregory Robert Rollings, two brothers, Lee Rollins and Julian Rollings and a sister, Virginia Rollings Baker.

The Celebration of Life Graveside Funeral Service for Mr. Rollings will be 3:00 pm, Sunday, August 17, 2014 at Shiloh A.R.P. Church Cemetery by Rev. Mark Miller.
