FORT MILL, SC ~ Mr. Luis "Lu" Navarro, age 87, died Sunday, July 4, 2021 at his home.  He was born September 16, 1933, in San Fernando, CA, a son of the late Joseph Navarro and Maria Cordero Navarro, and was the husband of Marilyn Allen Navarro.  Lu loved life to the fullest and loved to connect with people of all walks of life.  He always had a positive attitude and said he had a wonderful life, a loving wife, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Lu is survived by his beloved wife, Marilyn Navarro; his sons, Marty Navarro (Ellie), Mike Navarro (Cathy), and Steve Navarro (Denise); his grandchildren, Ashley Navarro, Nick Navarro, Marc Navarro (Kristen), Dean Navarro, Gina Navarro, Jay Navarro (Mary Catherine), Camden Massingill (Carter), and Blake Navarro; and two great grandchildren.

The Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Lu will be 11:00 am Saturday, July 17, 2021, at The Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home officiated by Father Michael Hub.  The family request casual or golf attire for the service.
