LANCASTER, SC ~ Mrs. Louise Blackmon Willis, age 94, passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2022. She was born September 9, 1927, the daughter of the late John T. Blackmon and Inez Lynn Blackmon and was the wife of the late Arnold Tyler Willis. Mrs. Willis was employed with Springs Industries for years in the sewing room. She enjoyed being a member of the Leroy Springs Senior Club and Springs Memorial Hospital Senior Circle. Mrs. Willis was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Mrs. Willis is survived by her son, Wayne Willis (Mary Ann); two grandchildren, Jonathan Willis (Leila), and Mandy Walker (Bryan); and two great grandchildren, Zachary Willis and Lacey Willis.

Mrs. Willis was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Willis; her son, Tommy Willis; and her parents.

The Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Willis will be 11:00 am Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at Calvary Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Donald Tillman. Burial will follow at Lancaster Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 am, one hour prior to the service, at the church.
