KERSHAW, SC ::::::::::: Mrs. Linda Faulkenberry Vincent, age 63, of 5217 Baxter Kennington Road, died March 6, 2011 at Springs Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Vincent was born June 18, 1947 in Lancaster County, the daughter of the late Thomas Faulkenberry and Annie Baker Faulkenberry and was the wife of Clyde J. Vincent. Mrs. Vincent was a former employee of Collins Grain and a homemaker. Mrs. Vincent was an active member of Oakhurst Baptist Church where she had sang with the choir, taught Sunday School and Preschool and was a member of the WMU. Mrs. Vincent is survived by her husband Clyde Vincent of the home, a son, Todd Vincent of Kershaw, 2 brothers, Harold Faulkenberry of Kershaw and Wilson Faulkenberry of Lancaster, 3 sisters, Sara Rollins of Lancaster, Mazie Hendrix of Heath Springs, and Betty Rutledge of Heath Springs, and 4 grandchildren; Joshua, Carter, Noah and Brianna Vincent. Mrs. Vincent was preceded in death by a son, Brian Scott Vincent. The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mrs. Vincent will be 3:00 pm Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at Oakhurst Baptist Church by Rev. John Rogers and Rev. Bobby Wallace. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The Family of Mrs. Vincent will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at Hartley Funeral Home and memorials may be made to Oakhurst Baptist Church, 394 Barrett Road, Heath Springs, SC 29058.
