LANCASTER, SC ~ Mr. Larry Eugene Snipes, age 71, passed away Sunday, November 21, 2021, at his home. He was born March 26, 1949, in Lancaster, a son of the late Harold Snipes and Beatrice Lee Snipes. Larry proudly served his country in the United States Army and was a Vietnam Veteran. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, football, and baseball (avid Braves fan). Larry loved his family and his German Shepherds.

Larry is survived by his son, Larry E. Snipes, Jr. "J.R." (Sharon Sapp); two brothers, Barry Snipes (Gayle) and Tracy Snipes (Debbie); his sister, Linda Hill (Joe); a very special aunt, Frances Broach; and many nieces and nephews.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents.

The family will have a Celebration of Life Service at a later date.
