LANCASTER, SC::::::::: Mr. Kenneth Paul Hudson, age 68, died Thursday, October 6, 2016 at his home. He was born May 26, 1948 in Lancaster, the son of the late Henry Paul Hudson and Birdie Tillman Hudson and was the husband of Becky Ghent Hudson. Mr. Hudson retired from Forshaw Distribution as warehouse manager. He served our country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was a scout dog handler for the 47th Scout Dog Platoon while serving with the 101st Airborne Division. He enjoyed camping and often referred to these trips as making memories with his grandchildren. He was a member of Second Baptist Church.

Mr. Hudson is survived by his wife of 48 years, Becky Ghent Hudson; a son, Jason Hudson and his wife Vicki of Greeneville, TN; a daughter, Karen H. Mauney and her husband Ken of Boiling Springs, SC; a sister, Vivian Whitaker and her husband Crawford of Fort Lawn; six grandchildren, Jordan Dean and her husband Dustin, Lauren Mauney, Cassie Mauney, Kylie Mauney, Abby Hudson and Seth Hudson and a great grandson, Aaron Dean.

The Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Mr. Hudson will be 11:00 am Monday at Second Baptist Church by Dr. Brian Saxon and Rev. Donnie Tillman. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
