CHARLOTTE, NC ~ Kelly Ann Shirley, 65, of Charlotte, North Carolina, passed away on September 17, 2025. Born July 4, 1960, she was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

She is survived by her daughter, Brandy Cepeda (Josh); son, Jackson Shirley; grandchildren, Aaralyn Thorne, Levi Cepeda, and Asher Cepeda; brother, Douglas Timko; and her sister Kasey Howie (Tim); niece, Ashleigh Payne; and nephew, Joey Payne (Ashley).

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Mike Larrea and Jack Shirley, and her parents, John and Peggy Timko.

Kelly will be remembered for her strength, her caring heart, and her devotion to her family. She had a way of making everyone feel welcomed and loved, and her memory will continue to inspire those who knew her.

The Celebration of Life Graveside Service for Kelly will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at Kershaw City Cemetery.
