LANCASTER, SC ~ Mrs. Katherine Lynn Kuber Honeycutt Giron, age 72, passed away Friday, December 1, 2023. She was born June 13, 1951, daughter of the late Thomas Mathhew Kuber and Helen Marie Benfield and was the wife of Luis Bertrand. Kat graduated from Harding High School class of 1969. She enjoyed traveling, especially to the beach, shopping, cooking, interior design, and working outside in her flowers. Kat was a kind, caring, loving person who loved being with others. Family was most important to her, and she loved them all dearly. She was of the Christian faith.

Kat is survived by her husband, Luis Bertrand; her daughter, Heather Beltran (Sal); four grandchildren, Nic Honeycutt (Alexandria), Kimberly Beltran (Antonio), Suyapa Beltran (Rollo), and Leeroy Beltran (Johana); and six great grandchildren, Abagail "Abby" Honeycutt, Adriel Velasquez, Jelanie Beltran, Emi Beltran, Emmy Beltran, and Angela Beltran.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
