LANCASTER, SC ~ Kannon Maverick Huffman, infant son of Matt Huffman and Courtney Benton Huffman passed away Monday, January 11, 2021. Kannon was born December 4, 2020.

Those left to cherish Kannon's memory include his parents, Matt and Courtney Huffman; a brother, Kacen Huffman; a sister, Kinley Huffman; paternal grandparents, Brian and Tracy Love; maternal grandmother, Teresa Bruce; paternal great grandparents, Vernon and Barbara Laney; maternal great grandmother, Regina Childress; maternal great-great grandfather, Harry Childress; aunts and uncles, Amanda Benton (Chance Faile), Bodie Benton (Sarah Ellis), and Drake Love; and a cousin, Lane Faile.

Kannon was preceded in death by his maternal great-great grandmother, Mary Childress.

The Service of Remembrance for Kannon will be 2:00 pm Thursday, January 14, 2021 at The Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Springhill Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 pm, one hour prior to the service, at Burgess Funeral Home.

Please wear mask and practice social distancing during the receiving of friends, the service, and the burial.
