LANCASTER, SC ~ Mrs. Julie Etta Ducharme, age 65, passed away Friday, December 8, 2017 at Springs Memorial Hospital. She was born December 24, 1951, in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Mrs. Ducharme was the wife of David Ducharme.
The family of Mrs. Ducharme will have a memorial service at a later date.
