LANCASTER, SC :::::::::::Mrs. Joyce Coker Galloway, age 75, of 1757 Williams Circle, died January 19, 2012 at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. She was born August 11, 1936 in Ruby, SC, the daughter of the late Clarence Coker and Lizzie Mae Rodgers Coker and was the wife of the late George A. Galloway. Mrs. Galloway retired from Springs Industries and was a member of Jones Crossroads Baptist Church. Mrs. Galloway is survived by a 2 sons, George S. Galloway and his wife Gail, Tim Hall and his wife Melinda, 5 daughters, Rachel Ellis and her husband Emmett, Deborah Hudson and her husband Richard, Linda Merritt, Robin Darrow and her husband Robert, and Renee Bailey and her husband Andy, a sister, Etta Rae Plyler all of Lancaster, 16 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren. Mrs. Galloway was preceded in death by a son, William Crego. The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mrs. Galloway will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, January 21, 2012 at Lancaster Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel by Rev.
