LANCASTER, SC:::::::::: Mr. Joseph Kever Faile, age 84, died Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at Lancaster Convalescent Center. He was born October 6, 1925 in Jefferson, SC the son of the late Bill Faile and Letha Faulkenberry Faile and was the husband of the late Iva Lee Carnes Faile. Mr. Faile retired from Springs Industries, was a former Mason and a member of New Life Freewill Baptist Church. Mr. Faile is survived by 2 sons, Billy Ray Faile and wife Debbie and Pete Faile and wife Candye both of Lancaster, 4 daughters, Mary F. McClain and husband Richard of Jefferson, Joann F. Lucas and husband Carl of Lancaster, Debbie F. Hilton and husband Danny of Kershaw, and Kaye F. Newsome and husband Geoff of Lancaster, a sister, Florence Duverney of Michigan, 18 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mr. Faile will be 3:00 pm Friday, July 23, 2010 at New Life Freewill Baptist Church by Rev. Mitch Ingram, Rev. Doug Pate, Rev. Marty Cox, and Rev. Tommy Bryson with burial to follow at Lancaster Memorial Park. The Family of Mr. Faile will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 Thursday, July 22, 2010 at Hartley Funeral Home and suggest memorial contributions be made to Lancaster County Relay for Life, 128 Stonemark Lane, Columbia, SC 29210.
