Mr. Joseph Edward Casey, age 84, died Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at CMC Pineville. He was born in Union City, NJ and the son of the late John Francis Casey and Marie Kasper Casey and the husband of Concetta "Connie" DellaSerra Casey. Mr. Casey served our great country in The United States Air Force. He enjoyed bowling, track and watching football. The New York Giants was his favorite team.

Mr. Casey is survived by his wife, Concetta "Connie" DellaSerra Casey; two sons, Robert Casey of Woodstock, GA. and Lawrence "Larry" Casey of Indian Land, SC; a brother, Mr. & Mrs. Donald Casey and family of Harrisonburg, VA.; a sister-in-law, Ms. Helen Casey and family of Whiting, NJ.; three grandchildren, Ashley, Taylor and Steven Casey.

Mr. Casey was preceded in death by two brothers, John Francis Casey Jr. and Jim Casey; and a sister, Catherine Casey Kiel.

The Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Mr. Casey will held at a later date at Our Lady of Lourdes in Mountainside, New Jersey.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions be made to American Heart Association, 4217 Park Place Ct. Glen Allen, VA. 23060-9979.
