Lancaster, SC::::: Mr. John Henry Knight, age 70, died Monday, November 17, 2014 at White Oak Manor. He was born December 13, 1943 in Savannah GA, the son of the late William Clyburn Knight and Catherine Louise Branch Knight and the wife of Kay Adams Knight. Mr. Knight retired from Haddon House and was of the Baptist faith.
Mr. Knight is survived by his wife, Kay Adams Knight, three sons, John Henry Knight, Jr. of Lancaster, Eddie William Railey his wife Tracy of Chester, and William Patrick Threatt of Fort Lawn, two daughters, Linda Knight McClain and her husband Tony of Fort Lawn, Laura Lynn Knight Williams and her husband Kevin of Lancaster, two brothers, Alan N. Knight and his wife Dorothy of Lancaster and Billy Knight and his wife Linda of California, two sisters, Nancy Lowery of Kershaw and Peggy Milam and her husband Dale of Chesterfield, 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Mr. Knight was preceded in death by a sister Jean Lowery, and one grandchild Kenneth Eugene Bailey.
The Family will hold a private family service for Mr. Knight at a later date.
