LANCASTER, SC ~ Ms. Jessie Louise Garcia, age 79, passed away Saturday, May 19, 2018. She was born August 31, 1938 in Florence, SC, the daughter of the late Leroy Robinson and Louise Woods Robinson. Ms. Garcia was a loan officer for years with City Financial and thoroughly enjoyed her job and all the people she met. She never met a stranger and was very sociable. Ms. Garcia enjoyed working for the non-profit organization, March of Dimes and also enjoyed to bowl.

Ms. Garcia is survived by her son, Paul Young; her daughter, Sharon Robinson and her husband, Tim; four grandchildren, Devon Young, Jared Young, Shaylan Young, and Kalissa Young; a brother, Donnie Robinson; and a sister, Jacqueline Robinson.

Ms. Garcia was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers; and three sisters.

The family would like to say a very special thank you to the nurses and caregivers of Hospice and Palliative Care Charlotte Region for all the love and care they showed to Ms. Garcia.
