LANCASTER, SC :::::::: Mr. Jesse Alan Williams, age 61, died Sunday, February 10, 2013 at his home. He was born May 26, 1951in York County, the son of the late Edgar Scott Williams Jr. and Ruth Parker Williams and was the husband of Lane Sullivan Williams. Mr. Williams retired as Plant Facilities Supervisor for Caraustar, was an avid deer and rabbit hunter and served our great country in the US Army during Vietnam Era.

Mr. Williams is survived by his wife Lane S. Williams, a son, Alan Williams and his partner Dale Fluty, 2 daughters, Melanie Martin and her husband Ken and Michele Lowery and her husband Roger all of Lancaster, 2 brothers, Sam Parker of York and Tim Williams of Indian Land, a sister, Beverly Williams of Indian Land and 7 grandchildren, Jessica Martin, Alexis Wilson, Kenneth Martin, Austin Wilson, Matthew Martin, Cody Wilson, and Justin Wilson.

Mr. Williams was preceded in death by a brother Scott Williams and a grandson, Ty Wilson.

The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mr. Williams will be 3:00 pm, Thursday, February 14, 2013 at Belair United Methodist Church by Rev. Harry Gindhart. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The Family of Mr. Williams will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm, Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at Hartley Burgess Funeral Home and the family suggests memorials to Belair United Methodist Church, Forward by Faith Fund, 8095 Shelley Mullis Road, Fort Mill, SC 29707.

Funeral 3:00 pm Thursday, February 14, 2013 at Belair United Methodist Church.
