LANCASTER, SC:::::::::::Mr. Jerry Beeler Rowell, age 81, died Thursday, December 25, 2014 at CMC-Pineville. He was born March 14, 1933 in Lancaster County, the son of the late Marion Alston Rowell and Betty Beeler Rowell and was the husband of Betty Small Rowell. Mr. Rowell retired from Seiman's Corporation and served our country in the United States Navy. He was a member of Tabernacle United Methodist Church.

Mr. Rowell is survived by his wife, Betty Small Rowell, two sons, Allen Rowell and his wife Nancy and Jeff Rowell and his wife Jennifer both of Lancaster, a sister, Peggy Watts and her husband Glenn of Lancaster, two grandchildren, Wendy Furr and her husband Josh and Cory Rowell and his wife Kara, and three great grandchildren.

The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mr. Rowell will be 2:00 pm Saturday, December 27, 2014 at Tabernacle United Methodist Church conducted by Rev. Heather Humphries and Rev. Glenn Ribelin. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The Family will receive friends one hour before the service, from 1:00 - 2:00 pm in the church fellowship hall and suggest memorial contributions be made to Tabernacle United Methodist Church, 5908 Tabernacle Road, Lancaster, SC 29720.
