LANCASTER, SC ~ Jerry Wayne Mangum, age 69, died Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Springs Memorial Hospital. He was born November 9, 1947 in Pageland, a son of the late John JC Mangum and Grace Lee Nicholson Mangum and was the husband of Betty Hinson Mangum. Mr. Mangum was a carpenter.

Mr. Mangum is survived by his wife, Betty Hinson Mangum; three sons, Wayne Mangum and his wife, Dawn of Lancaster; Tim Mangum of Rock Hill, and Rodney Childers and his wife, Ana also of Rock Hill; four daughters, Angie Mangum, Candy Mangum and her fianc, Daniel Keith Sampley, Jennifer Mangum all of Lancaster, and Tammy Moseley of Lugoff; a brother, Randy Mangum and a sister, Janice Harris, both of Blacksburg; and thirteen grandchildren, Christy and Kayla Mangum, Kaitlyn Mangum, Bradley McCorkle, Savannah and Jacob Hall, Alexis McInnis, Jaytavis Reid, Megan, Landon, Liam, Delvin and Cannon.

The Family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
