LANCASTER, SC ~ Mr. Jerry W. Harrison, age 66, passed away Sunday, February 11, 2018. He was born January 7, 1952 in Mt. Pleasant, SC, the son of the late James Butler JB Harrison and Barbara Eloise Bobbie Harrison. Mr. Harrison was the husband of the late Victoria Vicki Baker Harrison. Mr. Harrison was a hard-working, loyal man and a self-described Nice Man. He was known as PawPaw when employed at EM Jorgenson in Charlotte, NC. Mr. Harrison passed away at home in his Kingdom and will be greatly missed.

Mr. Harrison is survived by two daughters, Amanda Mandy Harrison and Stephanie Harrison, both of Lancaster; five grandchildren, Jessica Stivers of Canada, Quinton Williams, Tristian Miller, Jacob Harrison and Dante Harrison, all of Lancaster; two great grandchildren, Cameron Stivers and Breton Stivers both of Canada; four sisters, Joan Craven and her husband, Steve of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Debbie Wiggins and her husband, Kenny of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Gail Daley of Columbia, SC, and Linda Hornsby of Easley, SC; and four brothers, Ronnie Harrison and his wife, Melissa of SC, Larry Harrison of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Michael Harrison of Lorton, Virginia, and David Harrison and his wife, Jeanne of Mt. Pleasant, SC.

Mr. Harrison was preceded in death by his wife Vicki; his parents; two brothers, Tommy Harrison and James Butler Jimmy Harrison, Jr.; and three sisters, Brenda Harrison, Janice Petit and Cynthia Akerman.

The Celebration of Life Funeral service will be 11:00 am Saturday, February 17, 2018 at The Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 8:00 pm Friday, February 16, 2018 at Burgess Funeral Home and in lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Lancaster County SPCA, PO Box 3042, Lancaster, SC 29721.
