Jeffrey
Phillips
August 29, 1966 – June 10, 2025
KERSHAW, SC – Mr. Jeffrey L. Phillips, age 58, passed away Tuesday, June 10, 2025. He was born August 29, 1966, son of Nancy Faile Phillips and the late Clayton Ferris Phillips. Jeffrey served at the Department of Social Services as a Supervisor of Child Protective Services and Foster Care case management teams and also served as Drug Court Director. His passion was working with teens and children, and he made a difference in many of their lives. God was able to use Jeffrey until his final hour here on earth by him encouraging and being a light to all those around him. Nurses and residents alike at White Oak have commented to his family about what a wonderful, humble, and jolly man he was. He definitely fulfilled his purpose in life that God had for him. Jeffrey was a member of Pleasant Plain Baptist Church.
