LANCASTER, SC.........Mr. Jeffrey Dale Barrett, age 42, died Saturday, October 3, 2015 at Springs Memorial Hospital. He was born December 6, 1972 in Lancaster, a son of Cynthia Reynolds Taylor and her husband Paul Taylor, and the late Ronnie Dale Barrett. Mr. Barrett worked for David Funderburk Construction. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and being outdoors. He loved spending time with family and friends.

Mr. Barrett is survived by his mother, Cynthia Reynolds Taylor and his step-father, Paul Taylor; two sons, Jeffery Barrett, Jr. and Kenneth Barrett, both of Lancaster; three daughters, Erica Mackey and her husband Cody, Brianna Barrett and Lizzie Hannah, all of Lancaster; one brother, Scott Barrett and his wife Michelle of Lancaster; two step brothers, Phillip and Travis Taylor of Lancaster; three sisters, Kelly Catledge of Lancaster, Susan Lopez and her husband Joseph of Greenville and Stacie Barrett of Lancaster and many nieces and nephews.

Mr. Barrett was preceded in death by his father, Ronnie Dale Barrett, Sr. and a brother, Ronnie Dale Barrett, Jr.

The Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Mr. Barrett will be 4:00 pm Friday, October 9, 2015 at The Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home by Rev. Cotton Pate. The Interment will follow at Taylors Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

The Family will receive friends from 3:00 - 4:00 pm, one hour prior to the service at Burgess Funeral Home, 1800 Charlotte Highway, Lancaster, SC and other times at the home of Scott and Michelle Barrett.

The family suggest memorial contributions be made to HOPE of Lancaster, 2008 Pageland Highway, Lancaster, SC 29720.
