LANCASTER, SC ~ Ms. Kathryn Jeanette Flowers Lloyd, age 71, passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2022. She was born April 11, 1950, in Lancaster, the daughter of the late Leroy Logan Flowers and Mildred Jeanette Bundy Flowers Epperson. Ms. Lloyd enjoyed going to the beach and tanning. She loved gardening, cutting grass, and drinking coffee. Ms. Lloyd especially loved to spend time with her children, grandchildren, and her family.

Ms. Lloyd is survived by her fiancé, Paul T. Medley; her daughter, Monica Lloyd Lathan (Robert) of Monroe, NC; five grandchildren, Cody Rutledge (Skylar), Danielle Martin, Nicole Lathan (fiancé, Kory England), Brandon Lathan, and Tabytha Thompson; four great-grandchildren, Tristan, Alysen, Charlie, and Tate; and her sister, Sue Flowers Yow.

Ms. Lloyd was preceded in death by her son, Josh Lloyd; her daughter, Crystal Lloyd; her parents; her brother, Danny Leroy Flowers; paternal grandmother, Rebecca Flowers; maternal grandmother, Metta Roddey; and a special aunt, Kathryn "Lank" Carnes.

The Celebration of Life Service for Ms. Lloyd will be 3:00 pm Friday, February 18, 2022, at The Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home officiated by Rev. Cliff Henson. Burial will follow at Hopewell United Methodist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 - 3:00 pm one hour prior to the service, at Burgess Funeral Home.
