LANCASTER, SC::::::::::: Mr. J C Vonnie Lee Hall, age 81, passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at his home. He was born September 24, 1934 in Bishopville, SC to the late Loraine Hall. Mr. Hall was a retiree of Springs Industries where he worked for 45 years. He was a very involved member of Fork Hill Baptist Church, a Mason with Fork Hill Masonic Lodge and a Shriner.

Mr. Hall is survived by his wife of 58 years, Marcene Hunter Hall; a son, Rhett Hall (Kristi) of Charlotte, NC; two grandsons, Zachary Hall of Florence, SC and Ethan Parker of Indian Trail, NC; a granddaughter, Hannah Leigh Hall also of Indian Trail, NC; and two great granddaughters, Ryleigh and Aubrey Hall; two sisters, Sally Coleman (Robert), and Judy Watson; a brother, Richard Watson all of Lancaster and numerous nieces and nephews and a lot of extended family.

The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mr. Hall will be 2:00 pm, Thursday, March 31, 2016 at Fork Hill Baptist Church by Rev. Kenny Pitmon, Rev. Paul Smith and Rev. Steve Neal. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The Family will receive friends from 6:00 7:30 pm Wednesday evening, March 30, 2016 at Burgess Funeral Home and suggest in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Fork Hill Baptist Church for Playground Equipment, 1125 Fork Hill Road, Heath Springs, SC 29058.
