LANCASTER, SC :::::::: Mr. James Randolph "Randy" Williams, age 77, died Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at his home. He was born October 1, 1936 in Lancaster, SC, a son of the late James Howard Williams and Ruth Todd Williams and was the husband of Nancy Knight Williams. Mr. Williams was the owner of Williams Radio & TV and served our great country in the United States National Guard. Mr. Williams was an active member of Glenwood Heights Baptist Church for 55 years, he had served as a Deacon, Assistant Treasurer, and on the Finance Committee.

Mr. Williams is survived by his wife, Nancy Knight Williams of the home, two daughters, Nancy Susan Maness of Lancaster and Miriam "Beth" Holmes of Charlotte, a sister, Ann Williams Cave and her husband Dr. Cecil Cave of Winston Salem, NC, and many nieces and nephews.

Mr. Williams was preceded in death by a son, James Andrew Williams, a son-in-law, Rev. Andy Maness, a brother, Eric Todd Williams and a sister, Linda Williams Melton.

The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mr. Williams will be 3:00 pm Friday, October 25, 2013 at Glenwood Heights Baptist Church by Rev. Joe Reed, Dr. Cecil Cave and Rev. Paul Thompson. Burial will follow at Lancaster Memorial Park.

The Family of Mr. Williams will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service in the church sanctuary. The family suggests memorials be made to Glenwood Heights Baptist Church, 600 Nichols Road, Lancaster, SC 29720 or Hospice of Lancaster, 902 West Meeting Street, Suite A, Lancaster, SC 29720.
