LANCASTER, SC :::::::: Mr. James "Jim" F. Lineberger, Sr., age 72, died Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at his home. He was born June 29, 1940 in Gaston County, NC, the son of the late George Lewis Lineberger and Callie Bridges Lineberger. Mr. Lineberger was retired Engineer and Owner/Operator of Jim Lineberger Construction and was of the Baptist Faith.

Mr. Lineberger is survived by a brother, George L. Lineberger, Jr., and a sister, Evelyn L. Rodden both of Gastonia, NC, a niece, Beverly Wrenn of Mount Holly, NC, his caregiver, Josephine Rios of Lancaster, 2 sons, James F. Lineberger, Jr. of Rockingham, NC, Timothy Lineberger of Stanley, NC, 2 daughters, Kim Lineberger of Lancaster, and Jan Lineberger of PA, and 6 grandchildren.

The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mr. Lineberger will be 3:00 pm Thursday, December 20, 2012 at The Chapel of Hartley-Burgess Funeral Home by Rev. Lee Dye. Entombment will follow at Lancaster Memorial Park Mausoleum.

The Family of Mr. Lineberger will receive friends from 2:00 - 3:00 pm at the funeral home and the family suggests memorials to Hospice & Community Care, PO Box 993, Rock Hill, SC 29731.
