LANCASTER, SC:::::::::::Mrs. Jacqueline Haile Crenshaw, age 80, died Friday, May 30, 2014 at White Oak Manor. She was born July 16, 1933 in Lancaster County, the daughter of the late Roy Haile and Ada Passmore Haile and was the wife of the late Roddy Lee Crenshaw. Mrs. Crenshaw retired from Springs Industries and was a member of First Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church where she was also active with the Ladies Circle.
Mrs. Crenshaw is survived by a son, Rusty Crenshaw and his wife Yvonne of Fort Mill, 2 daughters, Susan C. Cauthen and her husband Mike of Lancaster and Robin C. Pitts and her husband Lewie, 2 sisters, Janett Crenshaw of Lancaster and Janice Hall of Gastonia, 6 grandchildren; Trey Crenshaw, Jason Pitts, Leslie Hunt, Matthew Pitts, Lauren Cauthen and Caroline Cauthen, and 8 great grandchildren; Grace and Emma Crenshaw, Ava, Coleman, Audrey and Claire Hunt, Roddy and Lily Pitts.
The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mrs. Crenshaw will be 11:00 am Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at First Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church by Rev. Kyle Sims and Mr. Tom Wilson. Burial will follow at Lancaster Memorial Park.
The Family of Mrs. Crenshaw will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm Monday, June 2, 2014 at Burgess Funeral Home, 1800 Charlotte Highway, Lancaster and suggest memorial contributions be made to First Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church, PO Box 864, Lancaster, SC 29721.
