Jacqueline “Jackie” Jean Moseley of Lancaster, South Carolina, passed away on Friday, September 18, 2026.
Jackie was a loving wife, devoted aunt, and dedicated sister who had a heart full of love for her family. She was a caring and gentle soul who cherished the people she loved and the memories they made together. Her kindness, laughter, and loving presence touched the lives of those around her and will be deeply missed.
Jackie was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 43 years, Jimmy Ray Moseley. Their 43 years together were filled with love, companionship, and a lifetime of memories. Jimmy held a very special place in Jackie’s heart, and she carried their love with her throughout her life. Her family finds comfort in knowing that they are together again.
She was also preceded in death by her mother, Carnene Jean Skinner, and her sister, Terry Lee Skinner.
Jackie had a special place in her heart for her puppies, Lu Lu and Sissy, who were truly her babies. They brought her great happiness, comfort, and companionship and were cherished members of her family. Her love for them was a beautiful reflection of the tender and nurturing heart she carried throughout her life.
Jackie leaves behind her sisters, Kathryn “Kathy” Dowty George and Sherry “Red” Ann Skinner Outen; her nieces, Ilean Jean Parker (Jason), and Tina Diane Sanders (Dennis); great-nephews, Matthew Phillip Granata, Tyler Granata (Keriea), Blake Sanders, Justin Sanders, and Sailor Sanders; great-niece, Olivia Parker; her special son-in-love, Donald “D D” Beckham, who held a cherished place in her heart; and her special sister-in-law, Betty Moseley.
Jackie will be remembered for the love she gave so freely, her devotion to her family, and the special bonds she formed with the people who were blessed to know her. She had a way of making friends feel like family, and her memory will live on through the stories, laughter, and love she leaves behind.
Though saying goodbye is never easy, her loved ones take comfort in knowing that Jackie is now at peace, reunited with her beloved Jimmy, her mother, her sister Terry, and those who went before her. After 43 years of loving and sharing life with Jimmy, her family finds peace in imagining them together once again.
A Graveside Service and Burial will be held at Lancaster Memorial Park Cemetery in Lancaster, South Carolina, on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 11:00am.
The family invites everyone to gather together to honor Jackie’s life, celebrate the love she shared, and cherish the beautiful memories of a woman who will forever hold a special place in their hearts.
