LANCASTER, SC:::::::::::Mr. Henry Frank Copeland, age 77, died Thursday, May 7, 2015 at Springs Memorial Hospital. He was born May 6, 1938 in Kershaw County, the son of the late Arthur Lee Copeland and Elizabeth "Lizzie" Lewis Copeland and was the husband of Louise Cauthen Copeland. Mr. Copeland was retired and a member of Lynwood Drive Church of God.

Mr. Copeland is survived by his wife, Louise Cauthen Copeland; a son, James Frank Copeland of Lancaster; two sisters, Betty F. Hornsby and her husband Amos of Cassatt and Brenda S. Davis and her husband Asa of Camden; and a step brother, William J. Copeland and his wife Dolly of Chester.

Mr. Copeland was preceded in death by four brothers, Robert L. Copeland, Edward M. Copeland, Arthur L. Copeland, Jr. and Minor E. Copeland; a step brother, John L. Copeland; and three sisters, Lucille Tidwell, Dianne Copeland and Louise Copeland.

The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mr. Copeland will be 2:00 pm Monday, May 11, 2015 at The Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home by Rev. James Fennell. Burial will follow at Lancaster Memorial Park.

The Family will receive friends one hour before the service, from 1:00 - 2:00 pm Monday at the funeral home and suggest memorial contributions be made to Lynwood Drive Church of God, 2138 Lynwood Drive, Lancaster, SC 29720.
