LANCASTER, SC ::::: Mrs. Helen Faulk Brown, age 93, passed away peacefully Monday, August 17, 2015 at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. She was born March 24, 1922 in Knoxville, Ohio, the daughter of the late Herbert Faulk and Mattie Saltzburg Faulk and was the wife of the late Clarence "Brownie" Brown. Mrs. Brown was a retired insurance executive. She was a wonderful Mother, Grandmother and a friend to many.

Mrs. Brown is survived by a son, James H. "Jim" Brown of Lancaster, a daughter, Patricia Church of Gainesville, GA, a sister in law, Dorothy Faulk of Salem, Ohio, four grandchildren, Kara Church, Captain Alie C. Kraft, Adare Brown and Lara C. Nguyen and special friends, Shari and Alexander Eliades of Lancaster.

Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by a brother, Frank Faulk.

The family will hold a private service from the graveside at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Columbus, Ohio at a later date. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Humane Society of York County, 8177 Regent Parkway, Fort Mill, SC 29715.
