INDIAN LAND, SC :::::::: Mr. Hazel E. Wilson, age 84, died Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at Carolinas Medical Center - Pineville. He was born July 2, 1927 in Lancaster County, the son of the late Willie Frank Wilson and Ida McGill Gordan Wilson and was the husband of Betty Tate Wilson. Mr. Wilson was a retired construction worker, a Volunteer Fireman at Indian Land Volunteer Fire Department, a member of Bel Air United Methodist Church and served our great country in the US Army during World War II. Mr. Wilson is survived by his wife Betty Tate Wilson of the home, 3 daughters, Brenda Taylor of Rock Hill, Robin McGuirt and her husband Wayne of Indian Land and Sharon Galloway of Indian Land, 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mr. Wilson will be 2:00 pm Thursday, May 24, 2012 at Bel Air United Methodist Church by Rev. Robert Taylor and Rev. Gayle Summey. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The Family of Mr. Wilson will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm, Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at Hartley Funeral Home and the family suggests memorials to Bel Air United
