INDIAN LAND, SC ~ Mr. Harald Schweizer, age 78, passed away Sunday, September 12, 2021 at Atrium Health-Pineville.  He was born March 18, 1943 in Posen, Germany, a son of the late Otto Schweizer and Maria Dorka Schweizer. He was married to Roswitha Maria Schweizer, nee Schuler.   Mr. Schweizer was a wonderful and loving husband and father.  He loved woodworking, enjoyed golfing, bowling, playing pool, and skilled with stained glass.  Mr. Schweizer was generous, kind, had a contagious smile, and great sense of humor.  He always saw the best in everyone and will be dearly missed.

Mr. Schweizer is survived by his wife of 54 years, Roswitha Schweizer; two daughters, Susanne Schweizer and her husband, Evan Hammer of Montana, and Andrea Amin and her husband, Raaj of Wilmington, NC; two granddaughters, Lillian and Eliza; two sisters, Renate Schweizer and Linde Steinmair and her husband, Walter; nieces and nephews; and many friends near and far.

Mr. Schweizer was preceded in death by his parents.
