LANCASTER, SC:::::::::::: Mrs. Grace Carnes Coker, age 83, died Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at her home. She was born April 16, 1925 in Lancaster, the daughter of the late Thomas Luther Carnes and Bessie Elizabeth Crenshaw Carnes and was the wife of the late Clarence Cecil Coker. Mrs. Coker was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.Mrs. Coker is survived by a son, Jerry Roberts and his wife Brenda of Lancaster, 2 daughters, Doris Roberts of the home and Nancy Carol Whitaker of Atlanta, GA, a brother, Ted H. Carnes of Lancaster, and 2 grandchildren, Linda Deese and Tammy Spears.All services for Mrs. Coker were private.
