LANCASTER, SC – Mr. Glenn Williams Ribelin, Jr., age 49, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Wednesday April 16, 2025. He was born July 7, 1975, in Charlotte, NC, a son of Glenn W. Ribelin, Sr. and the late Melenia Faile Ribelin Trotter and was the loving husband of Andrea Acquaro Ribelin. Glenn was employed as an estimator for Hoopaugh Grading Company. Traveling with Andrea and his girls was one of his favorite things to do. His daughters were his biggest accomplishment. He also enjoyed being outdoors, loved nature, and loved spending time with his family.  His siblings were very special to him, and they were all very close. Glenn was an Eagle Scout, and he could literally do anything. He was an amazing, humble, and kind person who always looked for the good in others and loved his fellow man. Glenn had an infectious laugh that would cause others to laugh with him and he was an amazing storyteller. He was a member of Unity ARP Church where he had served as Deacon in the past.

Glenn is survived by his wife of 27 years, Andrea Ribelin; two daughters, Sydney Elise Ribelin and Sophie Caroline Ribelin (fiancé, Rush Preston); father, Glenn W. Ribelin, Sr. (Mary); brothers, Bryan Wynn Ribelin (Jessica) and Joshua Williams Ribelin; sister, Allison Ribelin Bowers (Eric); sister-in-law, Amanda Acquaro Saleeby (Jonathon); and nieces and nephews that were precious to him, Elizabeth Grace Saleeby, Payton Bowers, Parker Ribelin, Caleb Saleeby, Lucas Bowers, Aubrey Ribelin, and Lucas Saleeby.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Melenia Trotter.

The Celebration of Life Service for Glenn will be 11:00am Friday, April 18, 2025, at Unity ARP Church officiated by Rev. Charles Hammond.

The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall. In lieu of flowers, for those who wish, memorial contributions may be made to Unity ARP Church, Glenn Ribelin Memorial, 3495 Unity Church Road, Lancaster, SC 29720.
