Obituary

LANCASTER, SC ~ Blair "Frazier" Baldwin passed away Monday, April 24, 2023, following a courageous battle with cancer. Frazier was born June 17, 1964, to Blair Linton Baldwin and Linda Schreiner Baldwin. He was a proud graduate of Clemson University, class of 1986, and the University of South Carolina Moore School of Business. He was active on the SC Foresters Council, SC Board of Registration for Foresters, FRA's Southeastern Regional Policy Committee, and was a former SC Log A Load for Kids Area Coordinator. He was the Operations Procurement Manager with New-Indy Containerboard (formerly Bowater). Frazier also cherished his church family and was an elder of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Van Wyck, SC.

Frazier is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Kimberly Jensen Baldwin; daughter, Jessie Baldwin Hoffman (Jared); son, Frazier Charles Baldwin; mother, Linda Schreiner Baldwin; sister, Valeria Blair Bassham (Forest); and brother, Blair Linton Baldwin, Jr. (Erin). He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews and countless family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Blair Linton Baldwin.

Visitation will be held Friday, April 28, 2023, from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Burgess Funeral Home in Lancaster, SC. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Van Wyck, SC with the Rev. Chris Sewell officiating. A gravesite burial for family will follow at 4:00 p.m. at Salem Presbyterian Church in Blair, SC. Honorary pallbearers will be Bill Head, Bobby Krivohlavek, Charles Segars, Rick Cain, Rick Herr, and Tracy Buttram.

"There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus… For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 8:1, 38-39.
