LANCASTER, SC ~ Mr. Franklin Roy Price, age 39, passed away Friday, November 20, 2020.  He was born on June 29, 1981 in Lancaster, a son of Margaret Ferguson Price and the late Roy Franklin Price.  Franklin was lovingly known to friends and family as "Spank Dog".  He enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys play and the TV show Sons of Anarchy.  Franklin was a loving, caring, kind, free-hearted man who would help anyone in need.  He also enjoyed listening to music and just having a good time.

Franklin is survived by his mother, Margaret Price; his brother, Tom C. Price, Sr. (Autumn); his sister, Sonja D. Price (fiancé, Thomas McCormick); and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Franklin was preceded in death by his father, Roy Price.
