INDIAN LAND, SC – It is with much sorrow, we must report the passing of Francis R. Kelley (Buster) on April 4, 2023, following a lengthy battle with cancer. Francis was born in Milton, Massachusetts on May 24, 1934, to Franklin R. and Sarah (Clifford) Kelley. He is survived by his wife, Katherine Kelley, three daughters and two bonus sons; ten grandchildren, and one great grandchild: Jacqueline (Robert) Moses, Kim (Thomas) O'Connor, and Sharon (Daniel) Ryan, Christopher (Donna) and Ken (Christine) Durkee. Grandchildren; Michael, Jillian, James Moses, Ryan and Patrick O'Connor, Daniel Ryan, Andrew, Cole, Madison, and Ryan Durkee; and one great grandchild, Yandel Moses.

Frank worked for 20 years in the Milton, MA police department, retiring as a detective after 15 years and 10 years as Chief Investigator for the Attorney Generals Office of the Medicare Fraud Division.

Frank enjoyed all sports but particularly basketball, baseball, and golf. He loved his Boston teams, mainly Bruins, Patriots, Celtics, and Red Sox.

May he rest in peace. He will be "forever" missed by all that knew him.

Private inurnment for Frank will be held at a later date.
