LANCASTER, SC::::::: Mrs. Florence Spears Reed, age 66, died Thursday, October 20, 2016. She was born November 14, 1949, in Welch, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Charles H. Spears and Edna Mills Spears. She was the wife of the late Ronald Eugene Reed. Mrs. Reed loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a Godly woman. She lived her life serving the Lord. She was a Pentecostal Evangelist and enjoyed sharing the gospel through music and preaching. Her life revolved around, Faith, Family, Friends and Forgiveness.

Mrs. Reed is survived by two sons, Robbie Reed and his wife, Kim of Kershaw, and Ronald Reed Jr. of Heath Springs; a daughter, Rona Reed, and her friend, Marty Eason of Pageland; two brothers, Albert Bailey and his wife, Sue of Bramwell, West Virginia, and Danny Bailey also of West Virginia; a sister, Shirley Simpson and her husband, Howard of West Virginia; nine grandchildren, Tiffany King, Rana Reed, Santana Reed, Ronald Reed III, Robbie Reed Jr., Natalie Reed, Michael Mikey Morgan and Breanna Morgan; and four great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Reed was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Ronald Reed, and a grandchild, Charles Morgan.

The family will receive friends Saturday, October 22, from 11:00 3:00 pm at the home of her daughter, Rona Morgan, 206 Mangum St. Pageland, SC. The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date. Memorials may be sent to 206 Mangum St, Pageland, SC 29728.
