LANCASTER, SC :::: Mr. Everett Gwin Caskey, age 75, died Thursday, April 23, 2015 at Springs Memorial Hospital. He was born July 17, 1939 in Lancaster, the son of the late Clarence Everett Caskey and Janie Gwin Caskey and was the husband of Diane Rina Caskey. Mr. Caskey was a self-employed electrician and served our country in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.

Mr. Caskey is survived by his wife, Diane Rina Caskey, a brother, Clyde Caskey and his wife Faye, a sister, Janie Harper all of Lancaster, and three grandchildren, Devin Allman and his wife Audrey, Mitch Allman and his significant other, Jody Greene and Bo Allman.

Mr. Caskey was preceded in death by a son, Michael Caskey and a daughter, Renea Caskey.

The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mr. Caskey will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at The Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home by Rev. Patrick Clark. Burial will follow in Douglas Presbyterian Church Cemetery.

The Family of Mr. Caskey will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm Monday evening, April 27, 2015 at Burgess Funeral Home and suggest memorial contributions to the Lancaster SPCA, PO Box 3042, Lancaster, SC 29721.
