LANCASTER, SC:::::::::::Mrs. Eula McManus Threatt Harris, age 83, died Friday, May 31, 2013 at Agape Assisted Living in Rock Hill. She was born June 26, 1929 in Lancaster County, the daughter of the late John Marvin McManus and Carrie Irene Gulledge McManus and was the wife of the late Ward Harris. Mrs. Harris retired from Springs Industries, Customer Service Center. She was a wonderful and beloved Mother with excellent godly character. She loved Jesus Christ and was a lifelong member of Calvary Baptist Church. She loved gospel music, sang in the choir, was a member of the WMU and enjoyed ornamental gardening.

Mrs. Harris is survived by two daughters, Janet Threatt Gaglione and her husband Jerry of Fort Mill and Rhonda Howey Cantrell and her husband John of Charlotte, two sons, Robert Lynn Threatt, Jr. and his wife Deborah of Charlotte and Paul Kevin Threatt and his wife Miranda of Lancaster, three sisters, Grace Steele and her husband Clyde and Marcie Sawyer and her husband Delma both of Lancaster and Mildred Ray and her husband Clyde of Fort Mill, eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild.

The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mrs. Harris will be 2:00 pm, Monday, June 3, 2013 at Calvary Baptist Church by Rev. Steve Bateman. Burial will follow at Lancaster Memorial Park.

The Family of Mrs. Harris will receive friends one hour before the service, from 1:00 - 2:00pm at the church and suggest memorials be made to Calvary Baptist Church, PO Box 1116, Lancaster SC 29721.
