LANCASTER, SC::::::::::::: Mrs. Eula Mae Funderburk Funderburk, age 90, died Tuesday morning, January 6, 2009. She was born May 25, 1918 in Lancaster County, the daughter of the late Boyce Robert Funderburk and Eula Louellen Blackmon Funderburk and was the wife of the late Ralph Claude Funderburk. Mrs. Funderburk was the former owner and operator of Funderburk's Antiques from 1960-1971, was extremely gifted in the area of Interior Design and a member of First Baptist Church.Mrs. Funderburk is survived by 2 sons, Marion Funderburk and his wife Debra of Matttews, NC and Tommy Funderburk of Columbia, 3 grandchildren, David Funderburk, Mike Funderburk, and Leslie Wooten, 8 great grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren.Mrs. Funderburk was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Robert Ned Funderburk, Wade Funderburk, and Ralph B. Funderburk and a sister, Mildred Plyler.The Celebration of Life Graveside Funeral Service for Mrs. Funderburk will be 2:00 pm, Thursday afternoon, January 8, 2009 at Lancaster Memorial Park by Rev. Roy Barnes with burial to follow. The Family of Mrs. Funderburk will receive friends from 11:00am - 12:00pm Thursday at Hartley Funeral Home and suggest memorial contributions be made to a Charity of Your Choice.
