LANCASTER, SC – Mr. Ernest Peter Parker, 81, passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2023, at MUSC Health- Lancaster Medical Center. He was born May 15, 1941, in Lowell MA, a son of the late Chester Parker and Anastasia Macheras Parker.  Peter retired from Morrison Textiles as an Engineer.  He enjoyed engineering, world economics, fishing, and most of all, spending time with his family.  Peter was a member of First Baptist Church.

Peter is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Mary Ann Stamatoyanakis Parker; two sons, Timothy Parker (Miranda), and William Parker (Kara); four daughters, Stephanie Parker, Jessica Parker, Nina Berry (William), and Jennifer Cash (William); eleven grandchildren, Kaitlyn Parker, Andrew Parker, Hunter Roberts, Madyson Roberts, Christopher Roberts, Sarah Prendergast, Stone Pyles, Dex Pyles, Joshua Sullivan (Heather), James Sullivan (Kate), and Ariel Ulbin (Drew); and five great grandchildren.

Peter was predeceased in death by his parents, Chester and Anastasia Parker; two brothers, William Parker and Chester Parker; and a sister, Betty Jane Leja.

A celebration of life graveside service for Peter will be at 10:00 am Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at Lancaster Memorial Park.
