LANCASTER, SC:::::::::::Mrs. Emma Jean Bailey Figley, age 98, died Tuesday, November 17, 2015. She was born July 27, 1917 in Putnam, WV, a daughter of the late Lawrence Bailey and Florence Ray Bailey and was the wife of the late John William Figley. Mrs. Figley was a dedicated Christian who was very knowledgeable about the Bible. She was a member of Taylor's Grove Baptist Church and loved her church family. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother that will be greatly missed.

Mrs. Figley is survived by two daughters, Patricia F. Troutman and her husband, John W. of Lancaster and Barbara J. Toler and her husband, Denver D. of Charlotte; four grandchildren, W. Scott Troutman and his wife Roslyn, Dr. J. Mitchell Troutman and his wife, Beverly, Tammy M. Spence and her husband, Greg, and Angela D. Kinard and her husband, Brian; eight great grandchildren, Tays Troutman, Call Troutman, Eleanor S. Troutman, Henry P. Troutman, E. Bailey Troutman, Abby Finley, Summer R. Kinard and Caitlyn G. Kinard; a brother, Joe Bailey of Coolville, OH; and two sisters, Dorothy Anderson and her husband, Bob of Hurricane, WV and Marcella Saunders of Ocala, FL.

Mrs. Figley was preceded in death by two brothers, Aubrey Bailey and Gordon Bailey and two sisters, Thelma Huddleston and Virginia Kessell.

The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mrs. Figley will be 2:00 pm, Friday, November 20, 2015 at Taylor's Grove Baptist Church by Rev. Tommy Howell. Burial will be 1:00 pm Saturday, November 21, 2015 at Tyler Mountain Memorial Gardens in Cross Lanes, WV.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, from 1:00 - 2:00 pm Friday at the church and suggest memorial contributions be made to Taylor's Grove Baptist Church, 2382 Charlotte Highway, Lancaster, SC 29720.

The Family would like to thank Agape Hospice, Megan, Jennifer and Von and her evening caretaker, Yvonne Jackson, for their kindness, love and dedicated service.
