LANCASTER, SC ::::::::: Elyssa Hope Carnes, infant daughter of Christopher and Lisa Adams Carnes, died Friday, November 16, 2012 at Carolinas Medical Center - Pineville. Elyssa is survived by her parents, Christopher and Lisa Carnes of Lancaster, maternal grandparents, Deborah and Bill Barnes of Kershaw, and Dennis and Becky Adams of Lancaster, paternal grandparents, Mark and Suzanne Carnes of Lancaster, maternal great grandparents, Jessie Mae Helms of Great Falls, and Gene Daughtrey of Rock Hill, paternal great grandparents, Billy and Willie Mae Carnes and Joel Hayes all of Lancaster, and 3 aunts, Angela A. Williams of Lancaster, Jennifer Carnes of Great Falls, and Stephanie Carnes of Lancaster. Elyssa was preceded in death by her paternal great grandfather, Clifton Hayes and her maternal great grandparents Rosalie and Gilbert Adams and Ed Helms.The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Elyssa will be 12:00 noon, Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at the Chapel of Hartley - Burgess Funeral Home by Rev. Tim Larrimore. Burial will follow at Lancaster Memorial Park Baby Land. The Family of Elyssa will receive friends from 11:00 am - 12:00 noon and after the service at the home, 2444 Oxford Circle, Lancaster.
