INDIAN LAND SC ~ Elizabeth Ann Leagan, 68, died January 25, 2024,  at Atrium Health Pineville.  The beloved daughter of the late Harry & Ingeborg Leagan. She was retired from the US Navy and was a very active member of American Legion Post 250 of Indian Land.  Elizabeth loved volunteering at with the American Legion and Restore Habitat for Humanity.  She was all for God, her country, and family.  Elizabeth will be remembered as a loving, kind, and giving member of our family and her community. She was also a caregiver and best friend to her sister, Bonnie Leagan.  Elizabeth was a member of St. Phillip Neri Catholic Church.

She is survived by her German Shepherd, Gia; two siblings, Richard Leagan, and Bonnie Leagan; four nieces, Shelley, Kelley, Andrea, and Ashley; and one nephew Derek.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, William Leagan.

The Celebration of Life Service for Elizabeth will be held at a later date.
