LANCASTER, SC:::::::::::Mrs. Elizabeth "Lib" Graham Walters, age 94, died Sunday, April 13, 2014 at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill. She was born October 23, 1919 in Lancaster, the daughter of the late William E. Graham and Bessie Caskey Graham and was the wife of the late Thomas Hoyt Walters. Mrs. Walters was the owner/operator of Lib's Beauty Shop and a member of Douglas Presbyterian Church.

Surviving family members of Mrs. Walters include Eunice Bennett, Graham Bennett, Buddy Dawson, Barbara Gardner, Marlene Ferguson, Robert Peeler, Leigh Watkins, Melissa Courtney, Bruce Dawson and Jonathan Gardner.

Mrs. Walters was preceded in death by two sisters, Euphemia Graham and Helen Dawson.

The Celebration of Life Graveside Funeral Service for Mrs. Walters will be 4:00 pm Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at Douglas Presbyterian Church Cemetery by Rev. Dr. Harris Ricks.

The Family will receive friends immediately following the service in the church fellowship hall and suggest memorial contributions be made to Douglas Presbyterian Church, 2325 Sunday Place, Lancaster, SC 29720 or a Charity of Choice.
