LANCASTER, SC :::::::: Mr. Donald Eugene Willis, age 71, went to his heavenly home on Sunday, November 24, 2013 with his loved ones around him. He was born November 26, 1941 in Lancaster County, the son of the late John Enos Willis and Mayme Hardin Willis and was the husband of Judy Sistare Willis. Mr. Willis retired from Springs Industries, was a Mason with Jackson Masonic Lodge and a member of Grace United Methodist Church.

Mr. Willis is survived by his wife of 51 years, Judy Sistare Willis of the home, a son, Ned Christopher Willis and his wife Michelle of Lancaster, two daughters, Donna Willis Clanton and her husband Perry of Lancaster and Pam Willis Huggins and her husband Tim of Marshville, NC, a brother, Ken L. Willis and his wife Jeannie of Laurens, SC, a sister, Elvia Willis Dorsey of Lancaster, and seven grandchildren, Stephanie Huggins, Robbie Clanton, Megan Huggins, Matthew Clanton, Abby Willis, Tiffany Huggins and Toby Willis.

Mr. Willis was preceded in death by his step-mother, Eldred Lynch Willis and a step sister, Jane Willis Funderburk.

The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mr. Willis will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at Grace United Methodist Church by Rev. Brian Humphries. Burial with Masonic Rites will follow at Lancaster Memorial Park.

The Family of Mr. Willis will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00pm Tuesday evening at Burgess Funeral Home and suggest memorials be made to Grace United Methodist Church, PO Box 418, Lancaster, SC 29721.
