LANCASTER, SC :::::::::: Mr. Donald Yates Stogner, age 55, of 2344 Shiloh Unity Road, died Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at his home. He was born May 31, 1954 in Lancaster County, the son of Egnoma Knight Stogner and the late Yates Alexander Stogner and was the husband of Debra Morris Stogner. Mr. Stogner retired from Springs Industries - Grace Bleachery and was a member of Zion United Methodist Church.Mr. Stogner was survived by his wife Debra M. Stogner of the home, his mother, Egnoma Knight Stogner, a son, Michael Scott Stogner and his wife Melissa, a brother, Jerry Stogner, a sister, Wanda Faile and 2 grandchildren, Kaytlin Morgan Stogner and Landon Gage Stogner all of Lancaster. The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mr. Stogner will be 2:00 pm, Friday July 3, 2009 at Zion United Methodist Church by Rev. Jim Elder with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The Family of Mr. Stogner will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Thursday, July 2, 2099 at Hartley Funeral Home, 1800 Charlotte Hwy, Lancaster and suggests memorials be made to Zion United Methodist Church, 1665 Zion Road, Lancaster SC 29720 or Unity Fire Department, 2495 Shiloh Unity Road, Lancaster SC 29720.
