LANCASTER, SC:::::::::::Ms. Dianne Hinson, age 67, died Friday, January 8, 2016 at her home. She was born September 2, 1948 in Lancaster, a daughter of the late John Baskins Hinson and Helen Crimminger Hinson and was the wife of the late Jerry Moree. Mrs. Hinson loved her children and grandchildren and was of the Baptist faith.

Ms. Hinson is survived by two sons, Jon Blackmon and his wife, Mary Francis and Ryan Blackmon and his wife, Brandi; two sisters, Kathy Johnson and her husband, Thomas Lee, and Mary Beth Brasington and Joe all of Lancaster; three grandchildren, Caydence Blackmon, Ashton Blackmon and Anna Laura Blackmon; and her special friend, Ruben Hunter of Lancaster.

Ms. Hinson was preceded in death by a brother, Mike Hinson.

The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Ms. Hinson will be 3:00 pm, Monday, January 11, 2016 at The Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home by Rev. Charlie Simpson and Rev. Bill Sumner with burial to follow at Lancaster Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 - 3:00 pm, Monday, one hour prior to the service, at Burgess Funeral Home and suggest memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Lancaster, 901 West Meeting Street, Suite 201, Lancaster, SC 29720.

The family will be at the home of her sister, Kathy Johnson, 3340 Flat Creek Road, Lancaster.
