LANCASTER, SC ~ Mr. Dennis Warren Douglas II, age 52, passed away Thursday, November 18, 2021, at MUSC-Lancaster.  He was born May 10, 1969, in Lancaster, SC, a son of Peggy Bundy Phillips and the late Dennis Warren Douglas I. Mr. Douglas enjoyed fishing and being outdoors. He loved watching football and Nascar. Mr. Douglas loved and cherished his family, especially his children and grandchild.

Mr. Douglas is survived by his mother, Peggy Phillips (Ernest); his son, Tyler Douglas (Lisa); his daughter Hayley Douglas (special friend, Tad McCowan); his grandchild, Linda Faith Douglas; his sister, Patience Douglas Mizzell (Kevin); two nephews, Evan, and Judson Mizzell; the mother of his son, Rhonda Watts Douglas;  the mother of his daughter, Missy Sistare; and his stepmother, Harriett Douglas.

Mr. Douglas was preceded in death by his father, Dennis Warren Douglas I.

The Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Mr. Douglas will be 1:00 pm Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at Union Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Chris Snead.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 – 1:00 pm, two hours prior to the service, in the Church Sanctuary. In lieu of flowers, for those who wish, memorial contributions may be made to Union Baptist Church, 5003 Taxahaw Rd. Lancaster, SC 29720.
